The working group " participants" had a hard time the last months. All players needed hosting families of hotel bookings. Especially during Easter this is not an easy task. But they succeeded thanks to their unbridled enthusiasm. They even had arranged accommodation for South Africa, when the message came that due to financial problems they had to withdraw. During these last days a lot of creativity was needed as well. A polish referee needs an early flight, Monday morning, back to his country, this really is a challenge. A hotel and transport to that hotel near Schiphol were easy to arrange, but that was not all. Two days before the tournament there was a message by email, that another two persons needed hosting, this was taken care of very quickly as well. While everybody is arrived in Leek, and the hosts have met their countries, the tournament can start, regarding this working group.
