The International Junior World Cup under 19 is taking place in the Sports Center in Leek during Easter Weekend from the 1st to the 4th of April . This International Event wishes to involve the Junior Regional Korfballers and thanks to the Korfball Support Foundation together with the group ‘Youth in Motion‘ from the Sparta, OWK and Rodenburg clubs, they are organizing two clinics . The Northern A and B Junior Korfball teams will have a chance to experience Top Korfball.

The organizing committee has succeeded in contracting Kees Vlietstra, former player for Nic and the Dutch team, together with Daniel Hulsebosch and Andre Kuiper, both players for Dos’46 and also members of the Dutch team, to provide the clinics for all the enthousiastic young korfball players from the Northern district. In the wake of this event the Nic selection and the korfball school of Dos’46 are coming to Leek to make young korfballers even more enthousiastic for the sport.

The clinics will take place on Friday the 2nd of April starting at 7pm with the Junior B’s and followed at 8.30pm with the Junior A’s. The clinics have a limited participation.
